1. Property Search & Location Selection

2. Application Documents
Typical documents required for rental applications include:

• Proof of income
• Rental history or reference letter (if available)

3. Offer & Lease Agreement
An offer is submitted for the selected property. Landlords in South Florida typically require first month, last month, and one-month security deposit. Terms may vary by owner. Once accepted, the lease contract is prepared.

4. HOA (Homeowners Association) Approval
Many properties in Florida are within HOA communities. Written approval from the association is often required before moving in. The process includes an application, ID submission, and a processing fee. Approval usually takes 1–3 weeks.

5. Technical & Pre-Move-In Inspection
Before moving, systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances are inspected and documented.

6. Move-In & Key Handover
